ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 1-3 Business days (Monday-Friday) for order processing, regardless of the shipping method chosen. 2nd day and Overnight service refer to Business days (Monday-Friday). Note - Asics items not in stock at the Volleyshop can only be drop-shipped to a school addreses. Orders shipped to a residential address may take up to 10 days of addtional processing. RETURNS - EXCHANGES - DISCREPANCIES POLICY
If for any reason you decide not to keep a product, you may return it to The Volleyshop unused, in the original packaging with all tags attached, within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund if you have a receipt. Returns after this time may be refused or may be subject to a restocking fee. The restocking fee will be 30% of the total cost of the product. Products which are returned to The Volleyshop and are not in "NEW" condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED WITHOUT A RECEIPT. Any packing discrepancies must be reported within 14 days of the invoice date or purchase date. Defective merchandise will be replaced or refunded if returned within 30 days of purchase. A RECEIPT OF PURCHASE MUST BE PRESENTED along with the defective merchandise. All defective merchandise must be returned to The Volleyshop before it will be replaced. The Volleyshop will not accept returns on running shoes that have been used to play volleyball. VIDEOS AND DVDs can be returned or exchanged with a receipt if the shrink wrap has not been opened. No refunds will be issued if the shrink wrap has been broken. Defective videos and DVDs are only eligible for an exchange for the same product that was originally purchased. Uniforms and special orders are subject to a 10% restocking charge. No silk-screened or embroidered merchandise is eligible to be returned unless it is defective (dye lot differences are not considered defective). Please examine your merchandise before adding any printing or embroidery. All Sale, discounted and Clearance items are sold “as is” and all sales are final. All returns must be shipped back to The Volleyshop either by United Parcel Service or by US Postal Service Insured. The Volleyshop recommends that you use UPS for all returns because packages are easily traceable and their delivery is verifiable. However, if you are using the US Postal Service, we strongly recommend that it be insured for the value of the product. The customer will pay for all shipping charges to and from The Volleyshop for all returns. All returns must include a copy of the original receipt of purchase or invoice and a written statement of why the product is being returned. DO NOT USE THE ORIGINAL SHOE BOX AS A SHIPPING BOX. Shoes and original shoe box must be returned in “NEW” condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange. All returns must have the Return Authorization number written outside on the shipping package. A Return Authorization number can be obtained by calling us at 630-898-2003 (Illinois residents).
